Hailing from the Republic of Georgia, the Zedashe Ensemble presents a concert of traditional Georgian music, both secular and religious featuring the ancient haunting three-part harmony unique to the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia.

Accompanied by traditional Georgian instruments, the music features a dark, sonorous vocal quality and startling, unexpected harmonies. With five men and three women singers, plus two virtuosic dancers, Zedashe Ensemble is one of the few mixed gender performing ensembles in Georgia, and have developed a highly distinctive sound that captures the traditional way of singing in the home. The ten-person ensemble promises to transport you from the crags of the Caucasus Mountains in Svaneti to the shores of the Black Sea in Adjara. Join us in welcoming them to The Velaslavasay Panorama!

With her refreshingly genuine musical outlook, Ana Caravelle takes the influence of her city environments and turns them into something completely different - lush, organic and melodic gardens for listeners to plant their ears into. Ana’s new album Basic Climb showcases soulful harp playing and luxuriant voice matched with her rich instrumental arrangements for voice, strings, winds and percussion.
