The PREMIERE FILM FESTIVAL of THE KING SHOW celebrates over 25 years of filmmaking by Pa,Sacio Davinci - South LA artist, producer, painter and musician. THE KING SHOW is a public access program dating back to the late 1990s starring the South LA neighborhood, weaving Hollywood tropes with hallucinogenic visuals that expand beyond the limits of everyday filmmaking. Hollywood westerns, alien abductions, super heroes, American rituals and revolutionary visions abound in every episode.
Join the Velaslavasay Panorama in celebrating THE KING SHOW with a film festival of episodes including the iconic FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT and BLACK TREK, with Q&A's with Director/Creator Pa,Sacio Davinci and special treats throughout the day followed by a viewer's choice ceremony and gala!
